Fill out an inquiry form on the contact page! Give me all the lovey dovey deets. Please contact me only after your date and venue are confirmed. If I am available on your date, I will email you my information, including a link to my Wedding Guide! From there, if all looks well to you, we can arrange a Zoom chat to 'meet' for the first time! We’ll need to have some kind of meeting in order for me to book with you, just to make sure we are on the same page and to go over the fun details! Since I only take on about 25 weddings per year, it's very important to me that we are a good fit for each other and this meeting is where we will ensure that!

After our meeting, if you feel like you definitely want to spend your whole wedding day with me, I’ll get you set up with your invoice and contract. As soon as your retainer fee is paid and your contract is signed, we can call you officially booked! After that, we’re usually sitting tight for the next year while we await the big day! If you’re booking an engagement session with your package, we’ll get moving on choosing a date for that as soon as you’re booked!

If you haven’t noticed yet, I’m fairly type A and am a very organized person! That means I’m on board with helping you figure out your wedding day timeline and other nitty gritty aspects of the wedding day. We’ll make a family photo list, look over the itinerary, and sometimes schedule a FaceTime meeting to go over any final questions before the big day arrives!

On your wedding day, you can expect an upbeat, organized and pretty funny (I like to think) experience. I’ve been through so many wedding days at this point, so you can be sure that I’m helping to keep the timeline moving along, helping pin boutonnieres, and just being an overall wedding guru all while capturing sweet moments that you’ll have to look back on forever.

I’m all about the next day sneak peek on Instagram, as well as making sure you have a little highlight reel to enjoy within a week! Your big, beautiful final gallery will be ready within 8 weeks of your wedding day. Just enough time for you to go on your honeymoon, get settled into married life, and then relive the excitement all over again.

After that, we don’t have to say goodbye forever. I love seeing my couples grow their families (whether by fur or human baby), move into new homes, go on big exciting trips, all that good stuff! Following along on Instagram is the best. And, good news! I’ve started offering twice yearly mini-sessions for previous wedding clients only, for when you want to document a special anniversary, a baby bump, or a little wee one!
